£3,000 is the most payable on any one authorised claim and includes parts, labour, VAT and any hire car or recovery contribution. A £100 excess applies to each authorised claim, and labour charged above £100 an hour is payable by you. No claim can be made in the first 14 days of cover. ClearPath Protection warranties are mechanical breakdown warranties — vehicle service contracts, not insurance, and not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
