• Any underwriter, administrator or Principal firm involved in providing your cover, where you proceed with a policy

We process your data on the basis of: performance of a contract (or steps to enter one, such as providing a quote), our legitimate interests in running and improving our business, your consent (for marketing communications), and compliance with legal obligations.

How long we keep your data

We keep quote enquiry data for as long as reasonably necessary to follow up with you, and policy-related data for the duration of your policy plus a period afterwards to meet legal, accounting and regulatory requirements. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to any legal obligation we have to retain it.
